PLPM System is an international program aimed at training citizens on participatory practices in municipal administration.
Training Modules
The nine member cities of the PLPM System - Barcelona (ES), Belo Horizonte (BR), Córdoba (ES), Cuenca (EC), Porto Alegre (BR), Quito (EC), Tuscany (IT), Rosario (AR) and San Salvador (SV) - developed training modules on planning and local participatory managing from the accumulated experience of each municipality in the promotion of participatory public policy.
How to apply for courses?
Any city in the world can apply for the modules. To receive them the city applicant must organize a group of students who will attend the course and establish ways of achieving its realization with the coordination of Porto Alegre.
